We are so excited for our client Providence Hospitals, who won the Social Media Marketing Wallie Award for their Providence Cooks! campaign. The Wallie Awards are given annually to recognize excellence in healthcare public relations and marketing.
A Providence dietitian and hospital chef partnered to create heart-healthy cooking demonstrations, which have proven to be a strong platform to provide a variety of tools and education about leading a healthier lifestyle in general, or for specific health conditions.
We advertised the event on Facebook, Twitter, Providence’s blog, and placed a call to action prominently on the their website. Those interested were able to attend in person at the hospital or watch from home on our live stream via UStream. We then uploaded the video demonstration onto YouTube so everyone could share. The recipes were pinned on Pinterest, as well as put together in a complete E-Book available for download.
We were able to turn the downloadable E-Book into a lead nurturing campaign by collecting the recipients e-mails and following up with them with 3 email offers.
